Monday-Friday order placed by 12:00pm CET will be shipped within 7 Business Days.
Bifocals, Progressives, Transitions, Over-Powered Prescriptions, and Sunglass tint will take 4 additional business days for before shipping
All Rimless orders will take an additional 5 business days before shipping.
All Relensing Order will take an additional 7 business days to ship after we have received your frame.
Additional transit time depends on the shipping method selected
All orders completed by the lab are sent to various dispatch centers where they are sorted and delivered to the appropriate USPS postal center. As it usually takes 2-3 business days for orders to be received by USPS, the tracking number provided for your order will show the tracking status as 'Electronic Shipping Info received' in the interim. However, once the package is delivered to the correct USPS postal center, the status will change to ‘Accepted at USPS Origin Sort facility’.
It refers from person to person and factors such as age and health can be counted in. Ideally, your prescription should not be more than two years old. Please refer to the table below that contains information on how often you should get your eyes tested:

An eye exam is one of the simplest appointments to make and the process does not take more than 15 minutes. So, we highly recommend that if your prescription is more than 2 years old, then you must visit your optician to get a new one unless you are extremely confident that your prescription has not changed.
