All international orders are processed just like regular orders with 70-80% of them being processed within 3 business days. Pricing for international shipping may vary by your country. But, on most orders you can expect to receive your eyeglasses within a 10-15 business days time frame. Please provide us with your accurate phone number incase the shipping company needs to contact you.
A confirmation e-mail with tracking details would be dispatched to you after your order has been shipped. If for any reason, you do not receive your eyeglasses 15 days after receiving a confirmation e-mail from us, please do not hesitate to contact our customer care at email@example.com or you can call our direct line at 001-800-315-4428.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number from us. Normally, 70-80% of the orders are shipped within 3 business days, but some orders may take longer due to complex prescriptions such as multifocal lenses or complex tints / lens add ons combinations.
Also, if you choose to send us your prescription later or through your optician, then your order may require additional time to process.
We strive hard to ensure all orders are processed as fast as possible with a 15 business day maximum period. We work closely with shipping providers such as USPS, DART or DHL to ensure your shipment is delivered straight to your door in minimum possible timeframe.

2) Why does my USPS tracking status show Electronic Shipping Info Received?
All orders completed by the labs are sent to various central dispatch centers, where they are sorted and delivered to the various USPS postal centers.It usually takes 2-3 business days for orders to be received by USPS, post dispatch from our labs. In the interim, the USPS tracking number provided for your order will show the tracking status as 'Electronic Shipping Info received'. Once the package is delivered to the USPS Postal center, the status will change to 'Accepted at USPS Origin Sort facility'.
