If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to our service center for a refund. So if for whatever reason you’re not happy with your purchase, just go through our easy self-service Return Process : Request RMA .
How to return an item?
At GlobalEyeGlasses.com, we like to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. However, on occasions some issues may arise. We take great pride in the fact that we resolve all of our customers issues fairly quickly and efficiently.
Should you for any reason are not satisfied with your purchase, please e-mail our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or call our support team at 1-800-315-4428 Mon through Fri between 9AM-6PM EST. Our customer support team would be able to provide you with Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA# Request RMA.) to process your return and refunds.
Conditions of Return:
You may return, exchange or receive a refund/credit on your glasses if you are unhappy with them for any reason, providing that the following conditions are met:
- You can return your purchase upto 30 days from the received date.
- You include the returns authorisation form (we will email this to you after you call/email us) with your returns package.
- Returns must be in their original condition and with all accessories included in your package (e.g. cases and cloths).
- You were not advised when you purchased (by our opticians or by information on the website) that your original order was inappropriate for your needs.
When you do return product we recommend that you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office as we are unable to take responsibility for packages lost in post. We don`t pay for return shipping or refund shipping and handling cost. Orders under Free Shipping offer will be charged $5.95 for shipping and handling fee. Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt),your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
