Shipping and Delivery Time

Some sites charge shipping based on how much you order and where you’re sending your package. However, at GlobalEyeglasses.com, we want to make it as easy as possible for you, so we’ve come up with a shipping and delivery policy that is simple to understand.

We’ll give you Standard delivery on your order (which means that you’ll receive it in 10-12 business days after it is shipped) for one flat rate. So, you’ll pay the same amount whether you order one pair of eyeglasses just for you or you choose to outfit your entire family.

The cost is as follows:

  • Delivery to any address in the United States is FREE
  • Delivery to any address in the United Kingdom is $9.95
  • Delivery anywhere else is $29.95

Generally, we’re able to ship 70-80% of our orders within 3-7 business days. But, if you have a complex prescription (such as multifocal lenses or complex tints or lens add-ons), it may take longer.

What if I receive damaged eyeglasses?

At GlobalEyeglasses.com we want to ensure that you receive your glasses quickly and in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged eyewear, please contact our Customer Care Center at 1-800-315-4428 or e-mail us at support@globaleyeglasses.com.

Why does my USPS tracking status show Electronic Shipping Info Received?

All orders completed by the lab are sent to various dispatch centers where they are sorted and delivered to the appropriate USPS postal center. As it usually takes 2-3 business days for orders to be received by USPS, the tracking number provided for your order will show the tracking status as ‘Electronic Shipping Info received’ in the interim. However, once the package is delivered to the correct USPS postal center, the status will change to ‘Accepted at USPS Origin Sort facility’.
